REGULATIONS FOR USING THE WWW.DIOLOSA.COM WEBSITE

I. General provisions.

1. The website at the domain diolosa.com is an information website and is run in order to present the online offer of AVICENNA POLSKA CLAUDE DIOLOSA with the seat at: 49-300 Brzeg, ul. Wojciecha 1 office 2, – entity entered in the Central Registration and Information on Business under Tax Number: 7543129919, Statistical Number REGON: 365671881.
2. The administrator of the website is AVICENNA POLSKA CLAUDE DIOLOSA.
3. On diolosa.com:

• in the Contact tab there are forms for:

1. sending queries to AVICENNA POLSKA CLAUDE DIOLOSA;
2. enrolling on camps and courses organised by AVICENNA POLSKA CLAUDE DIOLOSA.

• in the Newsletter tab there are forms to complete if you want to:

II. Online service

1. 4. Terminating the online service agreement is effective once the User ceases to use the functionalities of the Website. In this case, the online service agreement is terminated automatically, without the need to offer any additional representations by the parties.
5. The online service involves sharing all the functionalities of the Website with the User, in particular:

• sharing information found on the Website at the User’s individual request, by displaying the website with a specific URL address, including the information about services offered by AVICENNA POLSKA CLAUDE DIOLOSA;
• sharing contact forms, which make it possible to send information to AVICENNA POLSKA CLAUDE DIOLOSA via an IT system;

6. Information found on the Website do not constitute an offer in the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
7. All the intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, to the materials published by or on behalf of AVICENNA POLSKA CLAUDE DIOLOSA on diolosa.com (e.g. text and images) are the property of AVICENNA POLSKA CLAUDE DIOLOSA or its licensors.
